Job Description:
ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)

Experience: 
-Any Diploma / Engineering Graduation 
-Minimum 8 to 12 years experience in similar position in multi discipline projects. 
-GCC experience in oil and gas industry preferred.

Reporting: To PCM & coordinate with Contracts Manager & Procurement Manager for contract related.

Responsibility : 
-Cost Effective Contracts Management
-Risk Assessment & Mitigation Plan (for all discipline works)
-Developing Contracting Plan & identifying areas of contractual risks & opportunities including defense management
-Fulfillment of contract obligations
-Conflict Management & Change Management
-Claim Settlement
-Performance Management 
-Contract letters – In / Out
-Contract Closure
-Knowledge of Insurance
