JOB DESCRIPTION
-Collecting of equipment details of all types of Electrical items from Site, drawing and catalogues for preparing the data to input in e-BEAMS System (e-Business & Enterprise Asset Management System).
-Development of Asset numbers as per e-BEAMS Equipment Numbering.
-Supporting PM activities by Collection of Preventive Maintenance data from maintenance manuals and assigning to meet e-BEAMS data entry requirements such as maint schedules spare parts information etc.
-Collection of Preventive Maintenance data from Maintenance Manuals and formatting them to meet e-BEAMS requirements.
-Asset Specification entries of equipment and data sheet attachment.
-Perform all other relevant e-Beams activities as directed by his line supervisor.
-Work with PC Software’s e.g. Excel, Access etc. for equipment data collection and management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Degree in Electrical Engineering with three (3) years of relevant experience or Diploma Engineering in above disciplines with seven (7) years of relevant experience.
