OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Responsible For:
-Responsible to Discipline QA/QC Engineer/ Site QA / QC Manager.
-Experience in Pipeline Construction Project
-Well conversant with API 1104, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, NACE, Coating Standards.
-Well conversant with Coating System in Pipeline Construction.
-Responsible for all inspection activities.
-Carry out Inspection works at site as per the approved ITP.
-Carry out internal inspection prior to offering to Client.
-Ensure that all sub - contractors comply with the project specification.
-Review checklist procedures.
-Report to QA/QC Engineer on nonconforming material and workmanship.
-Confirm that sub-contractor's quality control procedures are carried out.
-Ensure that materials comply with the required standards.
-Co-ordinate with site supervisor and Discipline Engineer for the effective implementation of Quality at site.
-Prepare the Inspection reports and concerned QC documentation
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
-Graduate in Mechanical Engineering /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Science Graduate (B.Sc in Chemistry)
Experience:
-Similar experience in construction projects in oil &Gas field/ petrochemical (Minimum 06 years for Engineering Graduates / Diploma holders / Science graduate) & Experience in Pipeline Construction Project is must.
Other Skills:
-NACE Level 2-Coating / B.GAS Gr. 2
-Computer proficiency
