OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Qualification
-B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
-More than 10 years experience in the construction of Oil & Gas / Refinery Projects
-A minimum of 5 years relevant experience as Cost Engineer in GCC countries working in Oil & Gas Projects.
-MS Application, advanced in Excel
-Prior experience with cost estimating projects (effort hours, materials, equipment, etc.)
-Direct Construction work experience is a Must
Role & Responsibility
-Develop job cost management execution plan
-Assist to establish and maintain Project Cost Control procedures
-Assist to establish and maintain work breakdown structure (WBS), including Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) and cost center numbers, to control and report costs at agreed levels
-Establish and maintain financial cash flows for the Project, in line with the agreed WBS
-To monitor actual versus planned expenditures and produce cost forecasts to provide timely notification of potential over/under runs
-To produce Monthly cost reports, giving planned, actual and forecast costs, for all elements of the Project, in line with agreed WBS
-Prepare and monitor accruals and ensure that they are correctly controlled against budgets and AFE’s.
