Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree/Diploma in any stream.
Minimum Experience:
2 or more years’ work experience products manufacturing industries with major experience in Production/Industrial Engineering/Methods/Manufacturing Engineering function.
Generic Skills:
-Presentation skills, effective communication
-Auto CAD, MS office.
Job Purpose:
Support the industrial engineer in the day to day activities, such as calculating the work measurement, capturing videos, issuing the work instructions, updating routing in SAP, etc.
Key Accountabilities:
-Capturing as is status in the production and initiate the work measurement studies. (Stopwatch)
-Identifying the various types of waste and proposing solutions to eliminate it.
-Conduct trials for optimize line balancing and propose actions to increase the measure of performance.
-Write the work instruction and detail the steps for the technicians to follow.
-Support in the deployment of best practices in the shop floor through performing awareness to the shop floor technicians regarding best practices such as Lean manufacturing, 6S, KAIZEN, etc.
