Requirement:
-B.Sc in Chemistry or Degree/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
-More than 7 Years in Pre Commissioning/Commissioning & Start Up of DCS System for Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas projects.
-Must have an experience working in a Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas projects Plant for more than 3 consecutive years.
-Preferred having an experience working in Reliance, Petroleum India, Brunel Energy, Adani, TATA, JSW and etc.
-Must have GCC Countries work experience as DCS Operator.
-Excellent in Operation of DCS Panel & Project execution as DCS Operator in at least 2 to 3 Projects.
-Good Knowledge of Engineering Disciplines.
-Good Command of written & Spoken English.
-Good Communication Skill.
-Gulf experience in EPC / Korean Companies preferred.
Role & Responsibility:
-Preparation of systems (red marked P&ID’s) and method statements for flushing, blowing, chemical cleaning.
-Pre-commissioning activities for utilities such as flushing, blowing, loading of desiccant, steam system blowing out, flushing and pickling of process lines for air compressors, reinstatement of systems.
-Commissioning and start-up activities, like DCS loop checks, DCS, ESD, PLC logic tests for sewer, air, cooling water, steam system.
-Pre commissioning activities for process units such blowing, flushing, leak test, interstation, load of catalyst support and catalyst for sweetening rectors, dry out of heaters.
-Commissioning activities DCS loop checks, DCS, ESD and PLC logic tests.
-Start-up of unit, run test, performance test for utilities and process units.
-Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of custody transfer system with vendor’s assistance
-Start-up of unit, run test, performance tests.
Special Concerns
-Notify us which unit of Plant (Refinery, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical) each candidates are specialized in.
-Focus on searching for the DCS Operator who has actual plant operation (or maintenance) experiences rather than the experiences of construction or pre-commissioning phase.
-Only recommend DCS Operators who are interested in working in UAE & other GCC Countries under name of GS E&C or Xi O&M.
-Only recommend available candidates who can be mobilized swiftly upons selection procedure (their current status should be free from other employers).
