Educational Qualification
Diploma in instrumentation and control engineering, ITI or equivalent with attested Certificates.
Experience
Minimum 4 (Diploma) or 6 (ITI) years of relevant experience in industrial field, 3 of them in Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTP) / Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
Essential requirements
-Hands-on experience in Installation, Calibration, Troubleshooting of field instruments such as Flow meters, Level meters, Pressure meters, Temperature meters, Automatic samplers and Analysers such as DO, H2S, H2, Chlorine, pH, Turbidity, Conductivity, ORP and Methane.
-Proficient in the use of measurement tools (Electronic multimeters, Infrared thermometers & other testing instruments).
-Technical and practical hands-on experience to carry out all Instruments preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.
-Ability to read, interpret wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists.
-Good written and oral communication skills in English.
-Basic awareness of MS office
-A flexible attitude and interpersonal skills.
-Willing to work off hours and weekends to support emergency issues.
-Good knowledge of HSE requirements, electrical and mechanical Lockout & Tag out procedures, hazardous, confined spaces and explosive areas precautions.
