Education and Skill Experience
-Diploma or Trade Certificate in mechanical or related from an approved vocational training center or two (2) year apprenticeship in related field
-Shall have 3 years’ experience in related field.
Duties & Responsibilities
-Responsible for the facilitation of continuous improvement processes around equipment availability and reliability.
-Maintain and perform repair on all refrigeration equipment’s and perform troubleshoot on all
HVAC equipment’s.
-Manage all data center applications and operate various centrifugal chillers and install and maintain dehumidification systems and oversee all maintenance activities for various technicians.
-To be familiar with International Engineering and construction Codes and Standards.
-Responsible for installation and maintenance.
-Monitor all resources and ensure optimal utilization for same and achieve all client or project objectives and provide support to all equipment’s and perform calculations and implement various plans for HVAC.
-Perform audit on all HVAC system and collect data and perform periodic evaluation and monitor all log books and manage all change processes and resolve all issues.
-Knowledge of Planning, programming, estimating, scheduling and quality control.
-Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
-Performs other duties/special assignments as required or to meet the ongoing needs of the department.
-Must have experience in trouble shooting tear down, repair and reassembly alignments of all types of rotating equipment, Valves actuators, meters and other mechanical equipment.
-Reading and understanding technical drawing would be beneficial.
