-Diploma in Hotel Management
-Minimum 5 years experience in Salad Section.
-Fluency in English
-The purpose of the SALAD MAKER job is to ensure the production of Salad Section as per Nesma United Industry quality standards and with maximum standard, food Hygiene and quality within budget.
-Accountable for the overall performance of the Salad operation from a quality, work scheduling, effective resource utilization, Kitchen equipment and cost perspective.
-Accountable for ensuring the quality, safety, and personal and work hygiene standards at the project are up to Nesma United Industries
-Accountable for providing support for all oversight functions to insure that the Salad operation is running according to the plan.
-Accountable for creating a daily Salad Section tasks schedules of all the kitchen and cleaning staff under his direct supervision, such as production and cleaning schedules and make sure that each member of his team performed his tasks and duties at the time and manner required.
-Accountable for creating Salad menus, ordering food and checking all the Items delivered from the store are the same as those ordered and those items meet the quality specifications of Nesma United Industries quality standards.
-Accountable for Salad section supervision and training of Salad production staff, Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen.
-Accountable for applying the planning process for any new mobilization of a ground station Salad section.
