Purpose of the Job/Job Mission
Ensure the proper implementation of internationally recognized Food Safety Management Systems.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities

-Prepare a regular and continuous inspection plan.
-Report all the quality and food safety issues.
-Prepares and submits inspection report to QA Department Manager.
-Conduct hygiene and sanitation training to all food handlers.
-Investigate food complaints and food poisoning incidents and implement appropriate corrective action.
-Fulfill projects’ QA requirements.
-Assist to Plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.
-Provides relevant information for monthly QA reports.
Educational Requirements
-Bachelor Degree in Food technology,
-Food Industry or Nutrition.
-Master’s Degree in Food technology,
-Food Industry or Nutrition.
-One to five years in the field
