Qualification & Experience:
-Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years experience Overhauling Water Cooled Centrifugal Chillers
-Gulf experience must.
Job Overview
Under general supervision, applies knowledge and skill at the journey level to Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair centrifugal chiller systems and associated Equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties
-Perform preventative maintenance, and routine service/repair of centrifugal chillers air cooled / water cooled.
-Trouble shoots and Diagnoses any failure or problem
-Executes all preventive and corrective maintenance work required for Chiller and chilled water System.
-Initiates reports to his Engineer.
-Follow Engineer instruction and complete task as per the work order.
-Assists in the preparation of spares list for chiller and chilled Water System.
-Corrective and preventive maintenance of all equipment’s as per the contract.
-Support to operation team if any technical support required.
-Follow PM schedule and complete the task without failure.
-Utilities Catalogues and Drawing Layouts to assist in the efficient performance of duties.
-Co-ordinates corrective and preventive maintenance with work control department.
-Completes the preventive maintenance
-Performs other job related duties as assigned.
