Expertise:
-Diploma in Mechanical / SSLC and 2 years technical Training with minimum 8 to 10 experience in Planning & Maintenance of Process Plants and static equipment such as vessels, coolers, heat exchangers and the like in Oil & Gas industry or Secondary School plus two (2) years-Working knowledge of PC operating system and software’s such as MS office,
e-BEAMS (Maintenance & Materials and Management System), Access, Power Point, MS Mail and MS Project etc.
-Be able to read, write and speak English language freely.
-Able to read Engineering drawings.
-Knowledge of Hazardous area classification and flameproof equipment. Supervises work of Contractor’s personnel assigned to him. Have the ability to prepare maintenance forms, reports and the like.
-Be capable of group communication to direct the work of a crew and co-ordinate the work of other crafts. Oral communication to direct the work of others and written communication to prepare maintenance reports is required.
Job Description:
-Collecting of equipment details of all types of mechanical items from Site, drawing and catalogues for preparing the data input’s in Ebeams.
-Development of equipment numbers, tags as per Ebeams Equipment Numbering. Collection of Preventive Maintenance data from Maintenance Manuals. Co-ordinate with stores and C.W. shops in terms of materials/ spares supply and progress follow up for survey related activities. Co-ordinates with Supervisors/Charge hand/ Area Co-coordinator and KOC staff at site during Process Plant surveys/ Shutdown activities in terms of progress follow up, materials/ spares requirement and supply. Identifying requirement of manpower and materials for Preventive Maintenance Programs. Ensures full safety measures before and during all works in
accordance with the latest Company’s HSEMS Guideline & procedures. Carries out other related duties such as obtaining work permits in accordance with Company’s regulations.
