Job Purpose:
Electronics circuit design, circuit simulation, analysis and solution for new products development. Capable to use electronics equipment or devices for product analysis and measurement to eliminate failure of electronics product and provide an appropriate solution to ensure competitive quality of product as per standards. Strongly skills with IEC, BS/BS EN, UL and other relevant standards.
Key Accountabilities:
-Develop, conduct and analyze research and development studies for Current and Future Electronic product technology and IOT related product/technology.
-Generate Electronics Circuit design, Research an innovation, technologies such as Light Dimmer, USB Charger, Smart home solutions, Motion Sensor, RCBO and other Microcontroller base Electronics design.
-Provide strong analysis of competitor’s Products technical aspects, Compliance, Standards, and Certifications
-Technically Knowledge to determine best Electronics components/solutions to achieve high quality products with competitive cost.
-Strongly skills in circuit Simulation using related Software and Electronics Measuring Devices –Theoretical capable to analyze Circuitry failure.
-Create System to work out Electronics and Mechanical failure including expertise in Electronics parts level.
-Conduct Internal Verification and Validation testing of PCBA/Electronics Components provide review reports and solutions to the suppliers and concerned departments.
-Capable to estimate right product cost, Project cost & Plan as per alfanar design & development policy/ NPD policy.
-PCB Layout Design using Altium Software platform and to create PCB fabrication file “GERBER files”.
-Vendor development search and communicate with supplier for the Electronics components technical requirements
-Coordinate the design reviews meetings with design engineers and all other Stakeholders.
-Experience in microcontroller base Electronics product, embedded design and understanding with communication protocol.
-Capable to work with Project Lifecycle Management (PLM), Library Management System (LMS), PCB Design, SAP BOM and Assembly specification documentation.
-Fully understanding and utilization of DFM/DFA principle to ensure manufacturability and integration into mechanical housing and enclosure. Thorough understanding of PWB fabrication materials and processing.
-Can handle 3-5 subordinates. (Engineer level, Operator &Technician)
-Manage advanced product development program, align with Electronics product Market trend.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
B.E. / B.Tech. Electronics Engineering or B.S Electronics and Communication Engineering
Minimum Experience:
Experience:
Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in Electronics design, PCBA Manufacturing & analysis, PCBA techniques (mixed PCBs) . Preferable in Wiring accessory & Smart home automation, Electronics Circuit Breaker (RCD, AFDD, etc.) products.
Generic Skills:
-English Language.
-CAD/CAM software for PCB design (ALTIUM desirable, ALLEGRO, CAMSTATIC, CAM350 and OTHER related Electronics design software)
-Electronics Device can be use: DMM, LCR, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal generator, EMC/EMI checker devices.
-Good knowledge of Electronics components & packages.
-Quality & Safety Systems Knowledge.
