Qualification & Experience:
-Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or Law with minimum 15 years of experience in Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyors for Power Plant / Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects.
-Must be excellent in English (Written, Oral & Reading)
-Should be Computer Literate (MS Office, Excel, Word)
-Must have experience in field of Power Plant Projects as Contract Assistant Manager (Quantity
-Age between 35-40 years old.
Execute Works:
-Review of EPC Contract Documents.
-Review of all in / our letters / documents from / to clients, Subcontractors.
-Preparing of letters to clients, Subcontractors, and in accordance with Contract Documents.
-Collecting / Gathering of Technical information in order to issue or raise change order, Claims against client (owners) during execution of EPC Contract.
-Preparing claims / changes order letter and related documents against client.
-Protect the claim from subcontractors.
-Legal advising to protect Project Managers in all respects.
