OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
BASIC FUNCTION
Drive and operate medium and heavy motor equipment possess valid Kuwaiti License.
WORK PERFORMED
-Driving and operating gin pole, winch trucks and cranes (Mechanical/Hydraulic, crawler / mobile) up to 250 tons capacity, front end loaders etc.
-Checking adequacy of the load for the equipment and ensuring safe transportation of the load and its placement in the required position.
-Must participate in rigging operation and ascertain that rigging equipment is in safe working condition.
-Towing vehicles and controlling vehicle under load, i.e. trailers or mobile plant.
-Operation of a 5-ton forklift, front loader, excavator, etc.
Other related duties such as changing a wheel, assisting a fitter, assisting in loading or unloading, operations and the like.
-Opening & Closing of truck covers tarpaulin.
-Carry out daily check on the equipment, oil, water, brakes, lighting etc and report any faults.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
-Intermediate Education.
-Speak in Arabic or English.
-Must have 5 years experience in driving medium and heavy vehicles.
-Must possess valid Kuwaiti Heavy Vehicle driving licence.
-Must pass Company Trade Test.
-Shall be well aware of basic refinery safety aspects and use of Personal Protective Equipment.
