-Candidates must hold original license(or certificate of competency), seamen book and original certificates of careeer on ships endorsed and issued by an Maritime Port Authority
-Minimum three years experience on a TUG BOAT with double engine (1,000 HP or more per engine)
-Minimum three years experience on ships of 1,000 gross tonnage or more
