-Graduate from a culinary school or technical culinary
-Extensive training in basic food preparation and hygiene
-At least 5 years experience in food preparation. Knowledgeable in all types of rice and the manner of their cooking.
-Relevant experience in the GCC is a plus (preferably in Saudi Arabia)
