Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree, Major in System/Software Development (Preferred)
-7 years of experience in system and database development and maintenance (with certification is preferred)
-Knowledgeable on various programming platforms, system language, and database
-Has thorough knowledge in Server system, Operating system, Database, and Programming Architecture
-Ability to draft and review technical documents to be used on proposal
-With good communication and coordination skills, collaborative attitude, independent, and process oriented.

-Manages and coordinates company’s IT function including infrastructure development, user support, and IT service quality management to meet company’s business requirements.
-Has thorough knowledge of Server System, Operating system, Database, program Architecture and Samsung IT applications areas.
-Assesses performance of the systems, identifying and evaluating the suitability of adjustments that will improve performance
Role & Responsibilities
-Manages IT-based operations and services to meet IT requirements supporting as per work procedure and policies established by the larger corporation.
-Ensures the maintenance of business application systems are successfully integrated and operated within the company’s business environment.
-Establishes work scope and IT organization on project site as per site environments based on IT work procedure and policies provided by the larger corporation.
-Oversees the implementation of an assigned technology as well as the integration and performance of all local area networks for the organization.
-Coordinates the use of internal technical support personnel and vendor support to ensure troubleshooting, maintenance, and an efficient end-user support
-Discovers an improvement task through pattern analysis of IT obstacle as per IT service performance standard.
-Manages, motivates and assesses performance of project site IT organization.
-Manages, develops and improves operation of IT technical training course for project IT organization.
-Reports regular work performance status.
