Job Description:
OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)

CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT

Core Functions: 
Market research of the Qatari Electricity & Water and KM Services market to determine the optimum strategy and plans for future expansion of the Market. This includes financial and economic analysis of the proposed projects.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
-Conducts market research of the Qatari market to determine the optimum strategy for development of water, electricity & KM Services businesses.
-Propose various business opportunities to his Head. Section.  These opportunities must be based on analysis of the external and internal business environment. In this effort close cooperation is required with all sections of the department.
-As part of the above conducts various economic and financial analysis of the department and proposed projects and present these results to his Head Section
-Analyzes and interprets market information regarding industries, and finance and their impacts on local economic development activities. 
-Analyzes and interprets economic and business statistics and contribute in the analysis and preparation of financial & economic.
-Participate in the negotiations with third parties regarding the initiation of new business opportunities.
-Contribute to the preparation of the department annual and long term plan. This includes the internal plan of the Section and the external plan, which should be submitted to the Head Section.
-Provides and monitors training and development assignments for Qatari Development trainees.
-Develop and deliver progress report, proposals requirements documentations and presentations. And prepare various studies and reports related to the KM Services business as required by the higher management.
-Draft & submit budget proposal for the department and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
-Build, develop and grow any business relationship vita to the success of KM services. 
-Create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful businesses related to KM services.
-Review and analyze the effectiveness & efficiency of existing services and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these services. 
-Prepare and deliver highly effective report, recommendations ,or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating services  across the department 
-Performs other related duties as needed upon request by the higher management.

Qualification Requirements:
Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or University

Job Experience
Minimum 8 years technical and business experience in the electricity & water and customers services Market, with direct experience of Market planning and in conducting financial analysis and economic feasibility studies.
