QUALIFICATION
-B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years oversea work experience in Building Construction Work.
-Minimum of three years building structure & architectural works in Middle East.
-Good command of written & spoken English
-Application of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
-Gulf experience & Experience in Korean Companies preferred.
TASK
-Prepare & Review the Tender/Contract Document for Building Subcontractors.
-Check monthly invoice and quantity settlement of the subcontractor & the Client.
-Prepare and follow-up the Material Approval for Request for Building Architectural Materials.
-Quantity survey.
-Prepare/Control of construction schedule, schedule of equipment & material delivery.
-Supervision of all site works and inspections.
-Develop MS (Method Statement) or Procedure, Plan.
-Check monthly invoice and quantity settlement of Subcontractor & the Client
-Check construction drawing, raise technical inquiry.
-Coordination with Mechanical, Electrical & Other Trades
