OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
-B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Projects
-Shall have good understanding of EPC cycle.
-Gulf experience & Experience in Korean Companies preferred.
-Shall be familiar with relevant codes and standards(ASME B 31.4/B31.8/B 31.3 , Relevant API and BS standards)
-Shall be able to review the Bid& FEED document for the project
-Shall be able to review pipeline route survey(topographical) and route selection by co ordinating with Engineering home office.
-Shall be able to understand pipeline design specifications.
-Shall be able to prepare typical drawings, alignment sheets, crossing drawings, station approach drawings ,plot plans .Experience on General arrangement drawings(GAD),isometric drawings and other project deliverables shall be considered as an advantage,
-Shall be familiar with pipeline calculations.
-Shall have knowledge in pipeline material engineering.
-Shall have knowledge/familiar with pipeline equipments and components such as pipeline scrappers, pig handling devices ,pipeline signalers(intrusive and non-intrusive),CMS(corrosion monitoring system) and etc.
-Shall be able to perform MTO activities(Bulk, Intermediate, Final).
-Coordinate with Vendors for material engineering and procurement, if required.
-Shall be able to review Vendor documents.
-Shall be able to maintain documentation works complying with Company QA/QC standards right from beginning of project and till completion stage.
-Shall be able to prepare or have good knowledge on construction deliverable such as construction procedure , method statements and act
-Coordinate with all other in dept/construction team/client for day to day activities
-Shall be able to prepare as builts.
