Qualification
-B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a University.
-Computer application software such as MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point etc.
-Read, write and speak in English fluently.
Experience
Minimum 10 years experience as condition Monitoring Engineer in Petroleum / Petrochemical Plants in the field of Rotating Equipment with knowledge / skills in the following areas
Job Description
-Plan various equipment performance-monitoring schedules and forecast predictive maintenance on critical equipment.
-Actively participates in Reliability improvement programs and Root Cause Failure Analysis process of Rotating equipment as per requirements.
-Carry out condition monitoring on rotating equipment (i.e. pumps, compressor, turbine, etc)
-Experience in the use of vibration monitoring systems using diagnostic software PRISM4, IQ-2000 and ADRE for windows etc, with proficiency to use IRD/SKF Micro log / Bentley Nevada data collectors.
-Ability to carry out bearing condition monitoring program using updated software and its associated instrument.
-Sound knowledge of Rotating Equipment construction and its repair techniques.
-Sound knowledge of all Rotating Equipments such as pumps, compressor, generators, turbines and the like.
-Working knowledge of process system involved and awareness of Operation and safety requirement.
-Good knowledge of performance evaluation of centrifugal / reciprocating compressor, turbines, pumps and fan blowers.
