Job Responsibilities:
-Carries out a variety of skilled welding & cutting work in plant or workshop locations.
-It includes various welding and cutting techniques to cute , braze and weld structures, pipes, plates, steel stocks and other plant equipment.
-Uses Various ferrous and non-ferrous welding electrodes and filler materials for welding and brazing according to quality plan and recommendation from plant inspection group.
-Carries out other associated works like brushing, grinding and dye penetrant examination of welds.
Qualification & Experience:
Technical College or Experiences Equivalent with minimum 5 to 10 year’s experience as Welder in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Construction Projects.
Skills & Knowledge:
Shall be experienced for shielded metal arc welding (SMAW).
Other Requirements:
-Good an oral & written communication and team player and able to speak and write English.
-Knowledge of Safety in Petrochemical industry.
