CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT
Core Functions:
To prepare the qualification rules and regulations and administering the tests with the follow up plans.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develops application form rules an conditions compliance checklists
-Prepares and develops qualification examination procedures
-Develops and maintains examination questions data base system
-Develops and prepares electrical contractors monitoring and follow up plans
-Prepares monthly and weekly progress reports declared by the heads of sections
-Manages and directs communications with electrical contractors
-Collects technical and statistical electrical contractors performance information and preparing performance reports
-Coordinates with other sections within QGEWC and other government entities for the implementation of the follow-up and monitoring plans.
Qualification Requirements:
Education & Training
Bachelors of Science degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering
Job Experience
Minimum of 10 years experience in building services and previous experience of no less than 3 years in a similar position
