Job Summary and Mission
As project Manager you will be responsible for:
Summary of Key responsibilities
-You will be responsible for leading and oversee all staff in our company including Restaurants, Outlets, Catering and Events, Pet Clinic, Space Leasing and Facility Management.
-Plan, organize, coordinate and oversee any new project, as and not limited to, opening a new restaurant, new catering or event, delivery service, opening a new pet clinic, find customer to lease our spaces and using our facility management.
-Making research to find clients and negotiating with them for use of our company services as Catering, Parties and Event, Pet Hotel and Clinic, lease our Spaces, obtain new Facility Project... etc.
-Negotiating supplier arrangements for food and beverage products, Clinic and Hotel product, Event, facility project and looking for the best supplier in the market to deal with
-Identify Marketing opportunities to promote food and beverages products, restaurants, catering, Event, delivery service, pet clinic and hotel, Space leasing, etc….
-Doing your best to optimize profit for the company and create the best experience possible for our customers.
-Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service by overseeing all aspects of service and service staff during operating hour and make sure that company is represented correctly and that the company's standards are upheld.
-Minimize number of customer complaints
-Adherence to quality, safety standards and working in a clean and safe environment.
Your responsibilities will be and not limited to:
-Lead the planning and implementation of any project in our company.
-Plan and schedule project timeline
-Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future project
-Define project tasks and resource requirement
-Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
-Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to the management
-Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues for all project
-Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing business
-Set individual sales targets with your team for all project
-Hire and train new staff for all company project to maximize potential
-Set all employee goals and objectives
-Delegate responsibility for your team to achieve goals
-Oversee the activities and performance of all project staff
-Ensure that your team have the necessary resources to perform properly
-Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by all your staff
-Evaluate performance of your staff
-Provide feedback, support and coaching for your staff
-Plan and direct sales team training
-Development of sales presentations and proposals
-Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
-Track, collate and interpret sales figures
-Generate timely sales reports for all project
-Develop pricing schedules and rates
-Formulate sales policies and procedures
-Analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs for all project
-Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
-Ensure budget requirements are met
-Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue for all project

As Project Manager you will be required to:
-Attend and participates in weekly meetings
-Implement and support all company initiatives and programs requested by management
