EQUIPMENT DIVISION
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of the heavy equipment such as Mobile Cranes, Crawler /Wheel Excavators, Wheel/Back Hoe loader, Telehandler, Manlift, Concrete pump, Generator, Tower Cranes, etc.
JOB OBJECTIVES
He shall be capable to carry out the mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of the heavy equipment in field and workshop both
-To read technical manuals, schematics and hydraulic circuit diagrams
-Dismantling, assembling of hydraulic control valves, pumps, cylinders, auto shift transmission, trans axle, common rail diesel engines(TIER 3)
-Fixing of the attachments on the heavy equipment such as hammer kit, air-conditioning kit etc.
-With the help of electronic service tool or computer reset the specification, find out the errors codes and solve it.
-Communicate with customer on site, prepare inspection and breakdown report , pressure test reports and identification of the required spares for the repairing
-To maintain safety standards complying Company’s Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements.

-Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
-Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
-Should have 2 to 3 years relevant technical education
-Reading / understanding Manuals and Assembly Drawings
-Communication Skills,
-Capable for working at site and workshop both
-Minimum 8 to 12 years proven experience hands on in assembling and dismantling, repairing, troubleshooting of the Heavy equipments.( hydraulics, transmission, axles, engines )
-Sufficient knowledge in quality and safety standards/ procedures for assembling and dissembling for the machines major components
Desirable:
-Holding valid Kuwait driving licence would be an advantage
-Language English, Arabic would be an advantage
-Experience in any authorised dealer of the heavy equipment.
