BASIC FUNCTION
Check, service and repair, if needed, all returned tools (pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical & mechanical) and keep in good workable condition.
WORK PERFORMED
-Should be capable of repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic tools & equipment including pumps, compressors, diesel engines, air blowers, torque machines, bold tensioners, etc.
-Report to Supervisor, tool room all damages that are caused by negligence or miss-use of tools.
-Check tools spare parts availability and report shortages to supervisor, tool room.
-Check catalogue and spare parts lists availability for all tools and maintenance equipment, and request shortages.
-Perform general housekeeping duties.
-Should be capable of repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic tools & equipment including pumps, compressors, diesel engines, air blowers, torque machines, bolt tensioners, etc.
-Must be capable of utilizing operating and maintenance manuals.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
-Completion of minimum 10 Years in School.
-Five (5) years experience in similar job in refinery or petrochemical industry.
-Should be able to read, write and speak English language fluently.
-Candidate should pass KNPC Trade Test.
