Expertise:
-Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / HSC plus two year diploma or equivalent with minimum 8 to 10 years experience in relevant field.
-Able to guide his team to erect scaffolding at any desired location. Actual extensive experience in Scaffolding.
-Highly skilled as a Scaffolding Supervisor and had numerous relevant Trainings. Proficient in the preparation, erecting and dismantling of Scaffolding materials, its requirements and other calculations etc.
-Shall be aware of Safety aspects to be considered and other HSEMS standards to be followed at worksite.
-Aware of personal protective equipment (PPE). Knowledgeable in various Scaffolding material types and applications.
-Must be capable of preparing reports for scaffolding works, status, its material requirement etc. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member guide & manage his team.
-Strong understanding of the other maintenance craft and operational requirements. Must be proficient in English, both oral, and written.
Job Description:
-Provides technical knowledge, expertise, and supervision for erecting, dismantling and scaffolding construction and housekeeping Services for all facilities and sites. Ensures the scaffolding procedure, specification standards are included and followed, in work scaffolding erecting, construction and dismantling. To inspect scaffolding erections prior to use. To liaise with other concerned/Company HSE Team etc. for any clearance required.
-To ensure all scaffold material are in good condition and free from defects. Plans and supervise the daily scaffolding activities as per the instructions from Superintendent Representatives or work requirement. Highlight, specific items of equipment or maintenance work activities which require Scaffolding Services involvement, assessing resources, material and logistic requirements.
-Supervises and directs personnel under his responsibility for providing efficient & safe scaffolding services for maintenance service as directed.
