-ITI or equivalent in the trade of Fitter.
-Minimum 6 years of working experience in similar field.
-Candidate must have Equate Shut Down work experience with Equate Kuwait Safety Card and gate pass in Original need only apply.
Job Description:
The Instrument Fitter will develop an understanding of the unit instrument
Hook ups, Installation of various types of instruments, control valves, On/Off valves and associated accessories, cable conduiting, Cable trays etc. and apply his knowledge and expertise to install the same.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Knowledge of instrument installation standards and requirements
-Knowledge of various types of instruments hook ups.
-Demonstrate the knowledge and technical skills in erection and installation of various types of instruments, control valves, On/Off valves, accessories, Installation Hardware’s ,instrument Hook ups and cable conduits.
-Good knowledge of EH&S policies, and procedures compliance. (Safety training, work practices).
-Assist Instrument technicians in performing instrument repairs, preparing for maintenance and returning equipment to service after maintenance.
-Demonstrate a positive safety attitude and willingness to work
-Keeps work area and equipment clean (House keeping).
-Good knowledge about instrument tubings and tube fittings,
-Good communication skills to understand job instructions and job communications.
