OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Summary of Role:
Duties include performing initial evaluations of building systems and distributing work assignments, Evaluate each worker's performance to ensure quality operations.
Key Accountabilities
-To oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical systems.
-Responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.
-Organize schedules of technicians and assign work activity.
-Perform training to ensure individuals have all the requisite skills.
-Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel records.
-Coordinate with the Electrical Engineer to maintain the inventory of tools and hire workers.
-Investigate accidents and prepare relevant reports.
Job Specification / Know-how
Education:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any recognized universities.
Experience:
-5 plus years of experience managing large instrument and electrical maintenance projects
-Should have experience in FM companies in MEP Maintenance.
Technical Skills:
-Strong Knowledge of all Electrical equipment and processes
-Strong computer skills.
Behavioral Skills:
-Able to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
-Self-motivated with skills to motivate others
-Strong verbal and written communication skill
