Technical or Job Related Requirements:
-Excellent safety knowledge within a processing/chemical facility
-Proven experience working as a senior leader such as manager or superintendent in the relevant industry (refer below)
-Good problem solving skills. Knowledge of ABS or business improvement systems essential.
-Good practical knowledge of the Bayer process would be an advantage. Understanding of complex chemical circuits.
-Experienced in managing budgets, development of business plans essential.
-Training plans and scheduling skills development
-Confident in presenting business plans and budgets to operations and maintenance personnel
-Development of reports related to the business area
