OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Key Accountabilities
-Prepare and update commissioning programs.
-Ensure the installation is installed correctly to comply with the commissionability and maintainability of the systems.
-Carry out witnessing of test to ensure systems are ready for commissioning.
-Monitor commissioning progress and resolve any problems that may arise.
-Attend & Hold commissioning meetings to highlight any constraints.
-Demonstrating the system functional performance to the client/consultant.
-Produce information required for O&M manuals.
-Ensure requirements are met for the handover stage of the project
Job Specification / Know-how
Education:
Bachelor of Engineering from any recognized universities.
Experience:
-Minimum 7 to 10 plus years of experience managing large instrument and MEP construction projects
-Should have experience in FM companies in MEP Maintenance.
Technical Skills:
-Strong Knowledge of all Electrical equipment and processes
-Strong computer skills.
Behavioral Skills:
-Able to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
-Self-motivated with skills to motivate others
-Strong verbal and written communication skill.
