Qualification Details
-At least 10 year experiences in logistics

Job Responsibility
Whole management for transportation
-Shipping Document Coordination with whole equipment suppliers.
(comment to supplier’s document and finalize shipping document)
Shipping Coordination
-Notification for Vessel Arrangement
-Checking the status of Vessel Arrangement
-Coordination with suppliers and forwarders by the completion of loading, give solutions for troubles between suppliers and forwarders
-Tracing of transportation status of all shipments
-Check the delayed shipment and analyze the reason for delay and solutions
-Custom Clearance coordination (IM74 / IM40)
-Master List review and submission
-Support Invoicing Work (to Client)
-Notification of arrival materials
-Overage, Shortage, Damage Report (OSDR)
-Coordination for OSDR among supplier/transportation company and subcontractor
-Support for the claim of insurance
Storage management
-Material Storage Plan
-Coordination for Loading & Unloading
-Material Stock Management
-Management for issued equipment & materials
-Management for AKT (document for audit in Uzbekistan)
-Checking the storage area
