ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
-High School or Equivalent with minimum 4 years experience in relevant field.
-Basic ability to read, analyzes, and interprets reports and documents.
-Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets reports and documents.
-Read and understand blueprints, wiring schematics, flow charts and hydraulic diagrams.
-Prepares and services vehicles for operation by troubleshooting the complete fuel systems (i.e. injectors, pumps, filtration systems) on various types of Military equipment.
-Repairs the full range of fuel and electrical equipment to include overhauling transmissions, gearboxes, steering mechanisms, cooling fans, generators, starters and associated automotive components.
-Applies OSHA requirements as they pertain to hazardous material handling and storage.
-Orders parts as needed.
-Repairs or replaces defective equipment/component parts using hand tools and power tools and reassembles equipment/components.
-Dismantles engines, using hand tools, and examine parts for defects.
-Reassemble engines after repair or maintenance work is complete.
-Repair and maintain gasoline engines used to power equipment such as portable saws, generators and compressors.
-Repair or replace defective parts such as magnetos, water pumps, gears, pistons, and carburetors using hand tools.
-Test and inspect engines to determine malfunctions, locate missing and broken parts, and to verify repairs using diagnostic instruments.
-Performs other duties and assignments as required.
