Qualification Details
-B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5 to 10 years work experience in large construction companies as QS.
-Gulf experience & Experience in Korean Companies preferred.

Role
-Preparing Contract Documentation with Agreement, Terms and Condition, Bills of Quantitation and schedule with Senior QS.
-Implementing the tendering process including Clarification of Technical and commercial Condition.
-Verify and audit claims, payments, variations, contractual issued for project.
-Provide technical support in relation to the planning, quantity surveying and cost control aspects of the works.
