ELECTRICITY SYSTEMS CONTROL
Core Functions:
To operate in the primary Substations regarding fast response in case of abnormalities and emergencies.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
-Working in shift duties 24 hours.
-Does the routine checks in all substations
-Reports about any abnormalities if any, at any substation.
-In emergency, does some operations like opening and closing of the circuit breakers.
-Checks and inspects of 220 KV, 132 KV, 66 KV & 33 KV & 11 KV switch gear, control room in the substation, relay panels, battery charger, CO2 system, tap changers etc.
-Logs events and abnormalities, weather condition and records all the readings.
-Perform other related duties as needed upon request by the immediate supervisor.
Qualification Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 to 10 years experience as substation attendant.
