Education:
-Bachelor of Engineering / Quantity Surveying (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
-Gulf experience preferred.
Career Level:
Over 5 to 10 years of experience
Responsibilities:
-Notifying Client of varied work. Determining the cost and time impact for issued Site instructions, Change Request and Change Orders. Evaluating and agreeing varied work with the Client.
-Maintaining constant and systematic contact with different departments and project team members, thus ensuring the proper flow of information.
-Keeping the corresponding departments / personnel aware of CCIC contractual liabilities and extent of work thus ensuring that any additional works is identified, and properly channeled to the Contracts Department for its further action.
