Professional Qualification
-Fluent English / Arabic
-Computer Skill (Word, Excel)
-Experienced in field of Kuwait Oil & Gas Project.(KNPC/KOC)
-International HSE certificate (NEBOSH.IOSH)
-Age 35 - 45 Year Old

Minimum Experience (Years)
10 to 15 Years

Execute Works
-Supervising site HSE Program & Procedure
-Managing a team of safety officers
-Supervising and conducting HSE document in accordance with HSE PLAN and report to HSE manager.
-Preparing of HSE tasks for Client and Subcontractors.
-Legal Advising to Project Engineers in all respects.
-Coordinating between site engineer and Client
-Cooperating with construction engineer and subcon
-Find out HSE RISK and Mitigation and report to BOSS
-Specific HSE role. etc.,
