Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
-Very good understanding of Cost Accounting and Project Cost Management
-Minimum 8 years of related professional experience
Responsibilities:
-Able to handle the cost management and maintain the control system or expedition.
-Develop and maintain the project manpower control system.
-Coordinate preparation of project cost control processes and procedures.
-Coordinate the development of the cost estimates, within each project stage and assist in the preparation of the overall estimate prior to sanction.
-Coordinate internal and external benchmarking / technical limits.
-Coordinate preparation of cost risk analyses.
-Developing the projects WBS (work breakdown structure) and cost code structures.
-Coordinate development of appropriate annual budgets and monitor costs within a project stage and for entire project until completion / close-out.
-Develop and issue various monthly cost reports and presentations to appropriate stakeholders.
