B.E.in Electrical Engineering
Experience & Skills:
-Minimum 10 years experience in Maintenance Management environment (with good experience in SAP system) with hands-on experience in executing oil and gas related \ contracts / projects and 5 years experience in the following areas:
-Development of Maintenance Strategy
-Asset build, based on Functions, Systems etc. knowledge of developing Function Block Diagram (FBD) using IDEF0 software tool is desirable.
-Maintenance Optimization studies including:
-FCA / ECA (Functional Criticality Analysis / Equipment Criticality Analysis)
-FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)
-RSA (Risk Spares Analysis)
-Knowledge of computer applications performing the above studies is desirable
-Familiarity with Engineering Standards.
-Preparation of Plant Maintenance Routine (PMR)
-Collection and verification of Process Equipment Data, drawings, documents.
-Experience in Planning and Scheduling of Plant shutdown activities
-Experience in monitoring and Control of Data Acquisition and Maintenance Optimization contracts
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-Experience in SAP system environment specifically to SAP PM and MM modules.
Primary Purpose of the Job:
-Responsible for controlling all issues related to provision of SAP Master Data for relevant discipline for all Production Assets in the Dukhan Fields, including audit and population of SAP IDB for all new projects in coordination with Projects Department and upload/update the SAP System in coordination with IT Department and maintain all SAP PM Master Data in updated condition.
-Assist in carrying out business audits on SAP usage, improve and standardize SAP usage processes, establish Workflow requirements, coordinate with other operational locations and Materials Department on SAP Master Data requirements, develop enhance and maintain KPI reporting and benchmarking requirements, develop maintenance strategies for equipment of respective discipline, carry out Maintenance Optimisation by applying RCM & RBM techniques including detailed studies with relevant software tools and be a part of continual improvement leading to world standard best maintenance practices. Generate the PM Work orders for all the Dukhan production assets, OES ,OEI ,shut down WO’s, and create reporting system to track the maintenance activity for Dukhan operation (except FSD).
-Review and optimize the Scope challenge work shop result incorporate in SAP and amend the maintenance strategy if required.
