Job Description:
ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)

Overall Job Purpose:
-The development of asset reliability based strategies with site engineers as well as the implementation of reliability centred maintenance (RCM) and associated maintenance techniques. 
-To engineer and manage reliability driven plant projects and provides reliability engineering expertise towards plant and systems. Provide reliability key performance indicators, highlighting trends and recommendations.

Key Accountabilities:
-Supporting in the preparation of RCM overall plan including periodic review plan of the study.
-Conducting RCM analysis and rendering due support to Teams
-Methodology Technical support to RCM Power Users
-Coordination within RCM Teams.
-Recommendation implementation in CMMS and necessary follow-up.
-Rendering all efforts in completion of RCM study to its implementation in the targeted period.
-Developing a balanced equipment strategy to achieve the targeted Reliability and cost effective one.
-Measuring its effectiveness through proper tracking in CMMS
-Internal verification and Quality Assurance of RCM Analysis.
-Rendering all support to awareness session and campaign.
-Participation in Reliability Audits.
-Conducting reliability analyses including the use of tools such as FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Cause and Effect analysis and diagrams, flow charting, leads team meetings, maintenance and operations personnel interviews and developing reports.
-Reviewing equipment history to identify problem areas and root causes
-Identify Critical Spare Parts to include in the BOMs
-Recommend a stocking plan for critical spares identified in the Bill of materials.
-Criticality Analysis - Analysis of PM, repair history, production data and business data to identify critical equipment; The Genesis process is to complete criticality work with customers teams of subject matter experts.
-To develop and update the required methodology procedures periodically.
-Analyse the equipment through Reliability Software RCM , keep the records, update the software/analysis periodically.
-Put, drive and monitor key performance indicators and support and recommend to maintenance the required continuous improvements in order to enhance plant availability and reduce the plant repair factor.
-Drive the Reliability Culture in the company through: Methodology Training and Presentations.
-Comply fully with MSHEM requirements and TQM system (Health/Safety/Environment/Energy)
-Must have CMRP (SAE JA 1011) certificate.
-Experienced with Reliability RCM software. Bentley APM AssetWise software experience is a plus.
-Experienced with Asset Management Standard PASS 55/ISO 55000 requirements is a plus.

Qualifications/Knowledge and Skills : 
-A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-Minimum 10 years Reliability engineering experience in similar fields implementing and maintaining RCM in any large chemical/ petrochemical, Fertilizers, Mining Company with comparable size of the plants
-Knowledge of the principles of preventive & predictive maintenance, reliability centered maintenance and equipment performance standards.
-Extensive experience preparing FMEA reports and the ability to produce sample documents if requested.
-Proven ability to interact effectively on the plant floor and in a team/client environment (i.e. proven capability to facilitate a group in a problem-solving mode, RCFA effort, RCM FEMA, etc).
-Candidates will need to have the conceptual and cognitive skills to formulate solutions for reliability issues and communicate those solutions to site management.
-Business development skills in a consulting environment are a plus.
-Experience with a major CMMS package is a plus.
-Previous consulting experience is a plus.
-Hands-on maintenance and engineering experience in a variety of industries (Fertilizers, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, Pulp & Paper, Aerospace, health sciences) experience is a plus.
-Flexible, analytical and detailed oriented.
-Membership in professional societies or organizations.
-Self-motivated 
-Strong prioritization skill.
