Qualification & Experience:
-B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in relevant field & involved with as below:
-Manage inspection and handover period Report regularly to the Site/Project Manager Perform other tasks assigned by Site/Project Manager.
-Responsible for the compilation and indexing of Work Dossiers which shall provide a complete record of the Work and Facilities including, Procurement, Construction, Certification, Installation, Mechanical Completion and Hand-over.
-Prepare and submit for approval proposed format and content for Completion Dossiers in line with the project specification requirements.
-Ensure that Supplier Dossiers have been prepared and are indexed as per Contract and Regulatory Authority requirements for submittal to the Client for each item of plant, equipment, building, material etc. incorporated into the Work.
-The operating outline procedures and maintenance manuals for the project.
-Handover archives.
-Sub System documentation.

To prepare handover relate document work
-Marked-up P & ID
-Marked-up Plot Plan
-Handover related document for walk around
-Performed Walk around ( walk through )
-To coordinate punch clear
-Fluent English
-Review P & ID/ Related Drawing.
