QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
-B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in QA / QC works related to Fabrication & Erection of Steel Structural works for Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Construction Projects.
-Hyundai / GCC experience & Experience in Korean Companies preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Steel Structure Inspection activities to Field and shop as QC Inspector
-Quality control to Welding joint and NDE
-Issue and response Letter to client and develop ITPs and QC Procedures for Steel Structure works
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Steel Structure QC Inspector
-Steel Structure Inspection activities to Field and shop as QC Inspector
-Steel Structure Erection work
-Quality control to Fillet Welding for Steel Structure
-Issue and response Letter to client and develop ITPs and QC proceddures for Steel Structure works
MAIN JOB AND DUTIES
-Quality control to Fillet Welding for Steel Structure and Steel Structure Erection work
-Control Sub contractors for Steel Structure Erection works
-Issue and Review NCR/CAR reports and trend analysis.
-Issue and response Letter to client and develop ITPs and QC procedures for Steel Structure Erection works
COORDINATION WITH OTHER TEAM
Coordinate with other department such as Steel Structure construction and Planning department
