Qualification & Experience
-Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. (3 year course from recognized Institution)
-2 Years formal training in welding and fabrication.
-Ten (10) years experience in welding & fabrication, 3 years in supervisory position of welding and fabrication works.
-Read, write and speak English.
-Shall be well aware of basic refinery safety aspects and use of Personal Protective Equipment.
-Aware of all International Welding Standards
Details of Experience
-Quality control of welding repair and fabrication work.
-Directs and supervises the repair work of equipment and tools used in the Welding & Fabrication works.
-Read all kinds of fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
-Set up a welding and fabrication procedure for all kinds of welding jobs.
-Make sketches and carry out necessary geometric and arithmetic calculations such as layout and development of various shapes.
-Maintain records related to shop & site works.
