-Good managerial skill to manage and lead the people for organization goal.
-Adhere to safety.
-Complaint to MA policy and procedures.
-Sharing the knowledge and mentoring the team members when required.
-Resource management.
-Cost saving approach to optimize the operational cost.
-Ability to motivate the people, for teams inputs towards system improvement ideas.
Previous Experience:
At least 1 year of team leading experience.
Relevant Previous Industries:
At least 3 years smelter experience
