-Must be at least high school graduate or equivalent
-Able to supervise and direct work flow for kitchen staff
-Have experience cooking designated Indian food recipes for clients (50 to 500) within a kitchen
-Preferred experience of 2 to 5 years in kitchen food production of Indian recipe cooking
-Undergone food preparation and hygiene
-Relevant experienced in GCC is a plus (Saudi Arabia)
-Ability to communicate in English
