OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Education:
-B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 14 years experience in all Piping works for Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects.
-EPC Experience in Overseas is mandatory.
-Experience in Global EPC contractor such as Petrofac international, JGC, Technimont ICB, Samsung Engineering etc..
Knowledge & Skill:
-Advanced reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in English.
-Good oral communication skills (meetings with contractors, senior authority management, technical disciplines).
-Significant construction knowledge as well as advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills in field of oil and gas industries. This is normally acquired by ten to fifteen years of construction experience which includes supervisory responsibility.
-Good understanding of site plant/project design, specification and procedure.
-Good understanding of construction standards and practices
-Good understanding of contract & subcontract agreement
-Good understanding of regulatory requirements relative to the management of client.

Duty & Responsibility
-Preparation and implementation of work execution plan as relevant to the construction activities.
-Directing and coordinating construction work within company policies and procedures.
-Monitor quality, quantity and security of work, performance of direct labor and subcontractors
-Identifying and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with project management.
-Establishing management expectations, standards, goals and objectives for training, and then communicates expectations to reporting staff.
-Providing coaching to staff about work performance.
-Maintaining clean and safe construction site.
-Establishing and maintaining a positive community relationship.
-Fostering a well-trained and motivated staff.
-Conducting employee performance reviews.
-Other duties as assigned by the management.
