Job Objectives
As an electrical technician install electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, control systems, lighting, and power systems, in accordance with engineering specifications and electrical codes, perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure they operate efficiently and safely and diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems and equipment, including motors, switchgear, and other electrical components.
Key Responsibilities
-Perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs on electrical systems and equipment. This involves ensuring all electrical elements in the facility are functioning efficiently and safely.
-Quickly diagnosing and resolving electrical issues. This includes identifying the root cause of electrical malfunctions and implementing effective solutions.
-Being prepared to respond quickly and effectively to electrical emergencies or outages, minimizing downtime and ensuring a swift return to normal operations.
-Ensure that all electrical work is of high quality and complies with industry standards. This involves meticulous work and attention to detail to prevent future issues.
-Keep up to date with the latest electrical technologies, techniques, and industry best practices. This may include participating in training sessions, workshops, or certification programs.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of electrical services by suggesting innovative solutions and improvements.
Qualification & Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 5 Years in the maintenance of electrical power systems and wiring (low voltage)
-Gulf experience must.
