OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
As a Ductman you will carry out installation, operation, quantity take off and execution of ductworks at site.
Key Accountabilities:
-Ability to read and interpret HVAC duct layout drawings
-Fabrication of sheet metal air-conditioning ductworks (cutting, marking, assembly and plenums)
-Identify the correct tools required for the execution of works
-Fixing of thermal and acoustic insulation.
-Take quantity take off of ducting, accessories like VCD, FD, AD, and SAD.
-Ensure proper use of tools and tackles including its maintenance to ensure uninterrupted availability of resources to accomplish task at hand.
-Eliminate material waste by diligent planning and use of material at site
-Maintain highest level of discipline among assigned workforce and ensure strict adherence to site work timings
-Tag the HVAC ducting drawings for duct fabrication.
-Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports
-Strictly adhere to the HSE policies and procedures of AF Engineering to achieve the company’s goal of “NO Lost Time Injury”.
About the Individual:
To be successful in winning this role, the following are the prerequisites:
-ITI in Mechanical
-At least 3-5 years of experience in building MEP projects on a similar capacity
-Preferably experienced in GCC countries in high-raise building or hotels or airport projects
Technical Skills:
-Knowledge of occupational hazards and HSC requirements
-Communication skills
-Perseverance and hard working nature
-Problem-Solving skills
-Must have working knowledge of English.
