-High School Graduate or equivalent, Familiar with Saudi Aramco construction standards for coating    
-Crew supervisor candidate must meet the SAEP-316 requirements. Supervisor shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of Aramco project and proven ability of all phases and types of coating applications and methods and recognized industry standards.
-Gulf / Saudi Arabia experience is must.
